The Greenview First Baptist Church (GFBC) Single and Single Again Ministry is not a Social Club, a dating or match making game; it is a Ministry whose purpose is to reach out to the hurting, the lonely and the disappointed. The GFBC Singles and Single Again Ministry meets on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. We encourage you to attend. Proverbs 3:5-6 says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.” We offer these three basic things to people who are single or single again:
HELP – Compassion from God and from other Christians
HOME – The sense of community, relationships, a feeling of being where we belong in God’s family
HOPE – The conviction that the church is guiding us and reaching God’s full potential for our lives
Some of our activities include our annual Singles workshop, angel tree ministry, helping with sharing and caring and fellowshipping with other singles in area churches.
